Correct me if I'm wrong. Computers talk in 1's and 0's and don't need a holiday, a lunch break or anything else. So, why can't I immediately pay a bill from my bank to another bank when I click "SUBMIT" on my computer? Why is there still a 4 day waiting period for money?
