Today’s move by FTC to ban these harmful contracts will help workers and our economy thrive.

For decades, Big Oil had the upper hand to lease public lands for oil and gas drilling.

Now, thanks to President Biden, leases for conservation work will be treated the same. I advocated for this new rule so we can protect habitats and preserve our public lands for generations to come.
