It was great to join sector partners this week including CYCJ Scotland and ScotGov Justice in Edinburgh to discuss the Age of Criminal responsibility. We spoke about how to raise community confidence including a clearer narrative on our joint response to youth behaviour.


Absolutely loved my visit with Action for Children Scotland to our Roots of Empathy programme! Our Tiny Teacher was on top form 👶 🤩

First Minister John Swinney visited Hillcrest House, Action for Children Scotland residential home in Stornoway for Looked After children and young people. He met staff and young people to talk about the care they receive, and highlighted the government’s commitment to deliver The Promise.
