I havent ran 2 miles in a long time felt good to be back on the track lifting weights is good but training like a athlete is better strength &conditioning explosive workouts speed and agility workout then of course have to have stability and flexibility workouts

I know alot of people who workout dont stretch afterwards or on their off days stretching def 1 of the ways to increase the muscle fiber and its important

I was kinda slow today it took me almost 13 mins to run a mile not a good look i need to get bsck to 7-8 mins but wasnt trying to pull anything
