Pax, in Latin, means peace. F3 is committed to equipping our PM’s with the tools needed to create a positive impact both in the classroom & out on the field. With Nationwide Children's Hospital we jumped into the world of PAX - a trauma-informed and is focused on prevention over intervention.

As an organization, F3 evolves consistently, offering a platform to cultivate leaders within and beyond its boundaries. Today marked Day 2 of training for our program managers. We gathered to absorb best practices, unveil a new manual, and establish a refined structure.

Yesterday, F3 hosted a Referee Certification and Education Course with 21 participants. Many of these talented young officials will be paid to referee our CESA recreational matches this year. Huge thanks to Northtowne Elementary, Principal Taylor, and Jen Gorslene!
