When air traffic controller tells pilot "cleared for takeoff", they're not making a guarantee nothing will go wrong w the flight. They're just saying 👍 on safety checks to ensure runway is clear, flight path correct, etc. So can we go back to calling it "cardiology clearance"??

This is awesome and IMO something all surgeons need to be doing (structured video review). Problem is reviewing others’ videos is so time intensive. In the future computers can do the grading and provide automated feedback after (during?) cases
