Fantastic to finally have this published from Chris Green thesis. We saw that serum concs of SCFAs peaked by 60 min and returned to baseline by 120 min following oral ingestion of SCFAs in dietary capsules. Useful info for future supplementation studies! pubs.rsc.org/en/content/art…
