International travel is a luxury these days. It doesn’t matter which country you’re travelling to from Hong Kong, you gotta have the mental threshold to deal with the constant changes in regulations, logistics and some loose change to pay for a 21-day hotel quarantine.

Weird encounter in the public: Sat beside a stranger in a bus. He was stealing glances at me (Trust me, a girl is hyper vigilant even when fully clothed in jacket & long pants bcos nowhere feels safe). He promptly took out his beads 📿 to pray AND continue to steal glances 👀 wtf

Took away my lunch leftovers, afternoon tea leftovers and dinner leftovers today. My meals for the next few days are settled. Can’t decide if I’m a cheapo or I just hate wasting food. Conclusion: I’m an Asian who hates wasting food.

It’s only 9.30am and my siblings’ chat group is already filled with food discussions. Home cooking, ingredients, detailed recipes, Ah Ma’s dishes and all. Not sure why I’m tweeting about this. Maybe I want everybody to feel hungry like me too.
