Currently writing my dissertation on engagements with climate change and environmental issues using Public Archaeology. Since creating my Twitter just last night I’m following work from SCAPE, 🌍 David and #learningfromloss and it’s keeping me on my toes, great work guys!

Loving these short podcasts from Julie's Bicycle! Museums can hold the creative and interdisciplinary pieces needed to tie together the abstractness of climate change in Scottish society, forming powerful messages so climate change is tangible. I’m excited for The Climate Museum!

Hopefully BBC One Climate Change - The Facts tonight from 9pm has taken into account the flaws pointed out by George Monbiot in his criticism of #blueplanetlive. It must address the vast systematic change needed to tackle climate change and not avoid taking on powerful interests.

It’s #WorldHeritageDay, head down to the Orkney Library to see a pop up museum display of Neolithic artefacts from the Orkney sites! It’s been twenty years since HONO’s World Heritage UK inscription. I’ll be heading down once I’ve got through my lectures on Neolithic Scotland 👌.
