Fast CI/CD is a game changer, a life changer, a completely different profession than slow, arduous, delayed deployments. It is difficult to overstate and difficult to explain to those who have never experienced the difference. And having done so, it is *excruciating* to go back.

After a long break between reads I finally finished #InnovatorsDilemma. It's a great book and makes a convincing case for how hard it is for incumbent companies to adopt disruptive technologies. It felt slightly repetitive at times, thus a little hard to get through.

Next up on my reading stack is #TeamTopologies - it's pretty relevant to some of my projects at the moment and often referenced (i.e. Thoughtworks' tech radar) so I'm excited to finally go to the source rather than building a second-hand understanding. teamtopologies.com/book
