For some of us, the healing that we seek is the feeling that we’ve done enough. That we are enough for this world even with all of our limitations. That we’re not perfect but we’re good.
Personal rituals can be a gentle and/or exciting way to introduce structure to your life.
Many of the ailments of the mind are inherently resistant to structure despite it being a cornerstone to healing those very same ailments.
Healing for me is doing much, much less. For you, it might be the opposite, or something in-between. It’s simply the rhythm that both nourishes you and sustains you.
