4 years ago I flew across the world for a summer school at King's College London. Last night I was thrilled to be back at KCL for an excellent Women in Global Health UK event on women's leadership in health, conflict & climate - all areas that I have since worked in! It's so exciting how life works out

I joined a crucial discussion last week on health/conflict/climate, to highlight the multiple dimensions threatening women’s security in Syria, with access to food, water, health, only worsening from conflictual dynamics, politicized reconstruction, and environmental degradation.
