It's been a few years since we started the UK Chapter of Women In Global Health and I'm thrilled that we're having our first in person event in September, especially with such a fantastic partner in Women Leaders in Health and Conflict 🤩 Stay tuned 👉🏼 Women in Global Health UK where we'll be sharing more details soon!

Girls’ education leads to safer and more prosperous societies. That’s why the UK is standing up for the right of every girl to have a quality education. Development Minister Andrew Mitchell spoke to youth leaders from Global Partnership for Education and Education Cannot Wait about our work.

Thank you to lemn sissay OBE FRSL for shining a light on the brilliant work of Young Lives 🙌🏽 Young Lives is one of many programmes supported by our team in FCDO Research, Science and Technology that are building the evidence on how to improve the lives of children worldwide 🌏

4 years ago I flew across the world for a summer school at King's College London. Last night I was thrilled to be back at KCL for an excellent Women in Global Health UK event on women's leadership in health, conflict & climate - all areas that I have since worked in! It's so exciting how life works out

This video from Norwich City FC is the best bit of Mental Health Awareness I’ve ever seen… watch until the end.

Excited about Womankind Worldwide decision to hire co-ceos. Have a look and let me know if you have any questions. It’s a challenging time to be working on women’s rights but also amazing to support grass roots movements to do their work. 👧🏽👩🏻👩🏼🦱👩🏻🦰👩🏽🦳👱🏼♀️🧕🏼👵🏻👩🏾
