Are you wondering how Alphafold3 actually copes with nucleic acids? Shozeb Haider has done some testing to see exactly how much it can predict, with known examples, shown as a thread here. Essential reading for those interested in DNA and RNA. UCL School of Pharmacy UCL Faculty of Life Sciences

We crystallised one of the native C-rich sequences which folds into an i-motif. This is the first intramolecular i-motif crystal structure. i-Motifs are dynamic, this makes crystallisation and structure solution challenging.
