The International Conference Centre at Telford has been one of the better EasterCon sites for many a year. The ease of getting around, lots of restaurants, shopping, parking, & spoilt for choice on hotels. I wouldn’t mind going again. Levitation 2024 #EasterCon

The Fan Funds Auction at Levitation 2024 raised over £750 for EFF, TAFF and GUFF. The EFF voting has closed now and you can still cast a TAFF vote but be quick - it closes at midnight tonight (April 2nd). GUFF voting is open until 22nd April.

I attended a mixed media art workshop today which focused on environmental issues, using pastels, acrylic paint, wet & dry charcoal. I can’t remember the last time that I worked so fast & loose - managed to squeeze out 5 sketches in 1 day. #environmentart #ClimateEmergency

Really looking forward to chairing this event, with the phenomenal @laurenbeukes and Glasgow 2024, A Worldcon For Our Futures Hugo finalist Adrian Tchaikovsky. Both books have managed to make my flesh crawl and my mind consider the ecosystem of our us-ness.
