84yo woman with Ostial LM, Severe AS & AI, Mod MS & MR, EF 20-25%. Pleural Effusion and failure. Placed a 4X9mm #Orsiro using my right angle second wire technique and IVUS guided 4.5mm postdil and side flare with #ostial. Would you use MCS? Borgess Interventional Cardiology Abhinav Sood
