Today was all about HF: ✔️ Fabulous Leeds project to up skill PCN pharmacists ➡️ better manage HF. ✔️ Excellent WY Card Network HF pathway plan ✔️ Updating NICE's HF Quality Standards ✔️ BSH Invitation to raise HF profile among MPs ✔️National upskilling of PCN pharmacists in HF
