Large mediastinal mass in adult. Mature adipose tissue with occasional islands of benign thymic tissue. Diagnosis: Thymolipoma The adipose tissue is thought to be the neoplastic component. ~10% can be accompanied by paraneoplastic syndromes. #thoracicpath #pathology
