Big day today! After 4 months of training and assessments, I've passed and been deemed competent to work trains as a conductor. Couldn't be more excited for the journey ahead! Hope to see you all on board soon around East Anglia. Ps. Please excuse the non Austin related post 🤣

Express man again today: 10 down to Pompey and 8 back up. Found myself on a pass train to Waterloo, looking around and grinning because I’m lucky enough to be a tiny cog in this great British Railway Machine. Not a bad thought to carry into the start of a shift.
