I know I've been somewhat quiet since launching the demo and revealing the main characters, but I've been very busy with renpy (the visual novel engine I use) this past month, learning how to build a fully functional turn-based combat system!

While this side project is just a fangame for fun, you can expect these gameplay mechanics to make their way into DRF's planned fight scenes.

The prologue flashback scene features a fight between Majula 'Black Spider and her rival Shiroi 'White Wolf.' These characters are homages to Juri and Ryu of Street Fighters, but their inclusion in the prologue actually has heavy plot meaning once you understand the context.
