After 336 days of using Arch Linux daily, I finally switched to NixOS + Hyprland. Arch taught me how Linux works — how to break it (and fix it) — and truly own my system. Now I’m chasing stability with declarative configs and reproducibility. Thanks, Arch. ❤️🐧 #Linux #NixOS

Unironically, I think autism will save human civilization. People who are uninterested in traditional blackmailing methods seem to be impervious to how the power structures traditionally operate. Elon 2028. lol (Yes, I know he's foreign born and not eligible)

Oh we're gonna do this again YouTube? Self-hosting your own media content on a Raspberry Pi is not "dangerous or harmful". I'm appealing of course; they're saying installing LibreElec on a Raspberry Pi circumvents copyright?!

Happy day #NixOS users of Determinate Nix: `nix.settings` works like you'd expect by saving your extra settings to `/etc/nix/nix.custom.conf`. For more on this little improvement as well as several big ones, check out the changelog for Determinate Nix 3.6.2...

When the garbage collection gets tough, Determinate Nix keeps going. It is now resilient and keeps going through transient failures. Which you probably didn't even know, because Determinate Nix handles it for you 💪🚀❄️ Check out the changelog for Determinate Nix 3.6.2...

Yes, although default ones are great, the Adapters are customizable! In fact, that's a big point we want to drive. Your Signatures should know nothing about prompt layout, model-specific structured formats, or retry policy. That's where default (or custom) Adapters work.

Does anyone want to volunteer as a maintainer of the ColBERT library? We don't necessarily need to make any changes, though some features are often requested! We do need someone to upgrade dependencies like pytorch and transformers, because old stuff rots basically. Any takers?

Exactly 1 month ago I got into DSPy and I love it. I have since: made 31 posts about dspy, defined ~ 30 signatures, wrote 1 article, produced 1 youtube tutorial, created 1 python library (funnydspy), added 2 integration into attachments python library. It's now time to clone
