i think @Discovery_SA cares very little for Keycare customers. Medexpress is a joke. Customer must call first???Ever researched this base?
Doctor orders meds. But no, customer must call first. I think @Discovery_SA needs to invest in understanding their market
I cannot stand medical aid providers who make it impossible for their clients to get care from providers. So disappointed @Discovery_SA
The sad thing is its the patient that suffers in the end. Non delivery of medication to an HIV patient is murder @Discovery_SA

Done research on the literacy levels of your client base in rural towns?And you still feel you wont deliver unless they call @Discovery_SA
