I currently live in Bhopal. It's a peaceful city with nice people. My college is here, on weekends I go hangout with my friends, visit van-vihar, city or lake. Or just chill in my cozy bed playing PC games (or trade memecoins 😭). And then there's japan, a first world country.

Brought my dad to work today. A retired union painter, all he did was stare at my degrees 😊 Degrees that wouldn’t be possible without his emphasis on prioritizing education and working to afford the schools I attended. Thank you, Dad😊

Unfortunately there is a larger volume of quickly growing brain cancer (glioblastoma, IDH WT, unmethylated etc) in my left brain. The prognosis is poor. Whilst some of my recurrent tumour was removed last week, some of it couldn’t be because of its site. While the neoadjuvant

Of >105,000 participants with 30-year follow-up, only 9.3% achieved healthy aging (age 70, w/o any chronic diseases). Their diet was significantly associated with this outcome🧵 Nature Medicine

To all my rad colleagues out there, please stop definitively stating in your reports that a dilated PA = PAH. Correlation ≠ causation. PAH diagnostic criteria does not include MPA size. Instead, simply state the “MPA is enlarged” and move on.

Automated CT analysis found sarcopenia in 28.5% and sarcopenic obesity in 5.7% of 17,646 patients, compared to just 0.05% in EHRs. This shows AI’s potential to address sarcopenia underdiagnosis. 🤖 Check out the findings! #Radiology #AI #Sarcopenia pubs.rsna.org/doi/10.1148/ra…

Hey radiologists, The Intl Osteoporosis Foundation has this one simple trick to help you better care for your patients with osteoporosis. If you see a fracture, CALL IT A FRACTURE, not just a combination of non-fracture words like compression deformity, height loss, wedging, etc

This is so true. Research is not something that someone can be forced to do. The process and output as rightly put will be only a parody.

Dinesh S. Thakur Most guides and mentors were themselves postgraduate students just a decade or so ago. As they quickly rise through the academic ranks, they now sit on the other side of the table. The cycle repeats: I wasn’t trained well, so I won’t train my students either. This shared
