Puzzle has been solved! I appreciate your persistence Luke Bushrow, DO ๐ PARAGANGLIOMA This was special case, as it was billed as a pancreatic mass. We see mostly sheet-like growth, and amphophilic "granular/microvacuolated" cytoplasm. No mites or necrosis. PAS/PASd does not

I did this in my PGY4 year with the Ace My Path team and it really helped me solidify some very hard CP concepts. Also got my name on the book, so that was also pretty cool. Highly recommended.
