Launch: 20/08/2012 Launched this afternoon to assist drifting diver near the harbour's Admiralty Pier.

Launch: 21/08/2012 Towed in a small motor boat involved in supporting cross channel swimming after it broke down.

Launch: 24/08/2012 Requested for medevac from cruise ship which had recently departed from Dover. Stood down whilst proceeding to rendezvous

Launch: 12/09/2012 Broken down angling boat towed to safety.

Launch: 12/09/2012 Reports of swimmer in difficulties in harbour at dusk. Delta99, Coastguard & Rescue 125 all searching - Nothing located.

Launch: 18/09/2012 Swimmer believed missing. Crew paged but swimmer relocated before lifeboat launched.

Launch: 18/09/2012 Intense search off Sandgate Dover RNLI Lifeboat RNLI Dungeness Lifeboat Littlestone lifeboat suspected crashed hang glider.

History: At this time 25 years ago during the #GreatStorm the Dover RNLI Lifeboat crew launched to the Sumnia. Silver and Bronze medals awarded.
