Fantastic morning with @herbhubuk for our first public facing Bensham Bites workshop. Exploring the connections between nature, herbs and wellbeing. We picked herbs and created herb infused tinctures and honey and made our own butter with herbs @tnlcommunityfund Gateshead Food Partnership

We will be talking at the second of three free workshops. Organised by The World is Storytelling podcast and Tyne Derwent Way the three events will promote and share the stories of Gateshead's food. Past, present, and future. We will be talking about our project Bensham Bites.
