This is so great to see - and just a reminder that, like all magazines, Poetry London is still feeling the hit from covid and hard economic landscape and so there’s no better way to help and support what we are trying to do than to subscribe.

A 'Hornet' has landed on our blog. @CalebParkin shares this visceral poem and a great discussion of toxic masculinity; 'muddling the bug, macho archetypes, and personal experience'. buff.ly/4017MiR Buy the book 📗 buff.ly/4f7nnBO

One summer, almost 25 years ago, a friend & I spent our holiday tramping round the Worcestershire/Herefordshire/Gloucestershire borders. We slept in church porches, under hedges, & in haystacks. We washed in public loos or used the occasional pub or pump. 1/
