On patrol we have located this cloned car. Our checks established it was in fact stolen recently and it has now been recovered. #DYcrimeteam

PC's Owen and Williams stopped a suspicious car today. The driver decided to give false details... but it didn't fool us as we identified the driver as a disqualified driver!🚗❌️The driver also had cannabis and a knife in the car and was arrested, charged and remanded. #arrest

The team stopped this van in Great Yarmouth on Sunday which had clearly seen better days. The driver wasn't wearing a seatbelt. Turns out he also had no licence, no insurance and no MOT. He then refused to provide a drug wipe so was arrested and taken to custody 🚨

Being able to pick up your Police dog is a must for a Police dog handler as it might come in handy. But it’s a good job that 8 and a half month old TPD Clive and TPD Odi who is 8 months this week are both very agile because picking them up when they are 2 might be a struggle.

We had a big response to finding a home for Maggie. We chose a family who many years ago had a previous dog from us who had recently passed away. They asked us to hang on while they were on holiday but on their return changed their minds. Back to the drawing board.

Following reports from members of the public of a person trying to break into garages and sheds in back alleys in Hanley, PD Karma and Stoke North Response have located someone hiding in a shed. We then arrested them for burglary!
