Last night Stuart and I went to see The Spy Who Came In From The Cold at dd in London’s glitzy Soho. Rory Keenan and @aggiocasey are stunning in David Eldridge’s tense adaptation. I know David so I am biased but it is fab. #TheSpyWhoCameInFromTheCold ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The last in David Eldridge’s trilogy of two-handers about relationship, End sees a couple in their 50s confronting mortality as they wrestle with his decision to abandon treatment for terminal cancer (cont)

Once again it’s played out in real time, driven by Eldridge’s fine grasp of observation rather than plot machination (accentuated by Gary McCann’s excellent domestic set) and leavened with much humour (cont)

Staged with sensitive directness by Rachel O’Riordan, Clive Owen and Saskia Reeves bring masterly, emotionally gripping subtlety to their roles as nostalgic club DJ and successful writer.

Last night Stuart and I went to see End at Dorfman Theatre in London’s glitzy South Bank. Conflict of interest as I know writer David Eldridge but this trilogy finale is superb. Clive Owen and Saskia Reeves are stunning. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ @nationaltheatre @cliveowen @saskiareeves #End
