Watching glimpses of the USATF outdoor nationals meet and seeing so many of these athletes in finals unattached is pretty damn embarrassing for the sport to say the least. Track and field has to do better for the athletes.

I salute Athing MU for setting that race up from the gun. She could have let off the pace and ran a much different race to win, but she made it an honest race. Hardest thing to do is front run with a world class field behind you. She will be back.
