2 very healthy and tasty foods to eat often are avocado and bananas. They're both high in potassium and magnesium making them very good for blood pressure and bowel health. They both help improve mood. And they make food taste so much better especially for making smoothies.

A political prisoner saying they take 12 painkillers a day is a cry for help. Your post comes off as dangerously tone-deaf and dismissive of Mr. Eddy Mutwe's pain. Let's stop intellectualizing pain especially if it's a result of political violence.

Trans fats have no nutritional value, yet they remain hidden in many of the foods on our shelves and plates. These fats are commonly found in baked goods, fried snacks, margarine, and fast foods, despite their well-documented health risks. #TransFatFreeKenya #TransFatFreeEAC

Food systems provide much more than just food. Billions of people rely on them for an income, including small-scale farmers in the world’s most vulnerable regions. When we talk about transforming global #FoodSystems, we must not leave them behind.
