Who's producing the FTX Netflix documentary?

Second time I ordered 1 item on Amazon and a case of 4 units showed up (was only charged for 1). As a customer I’d love to keep them. As a shipper I’m frustrated for the company but when I reach out they direct me to Amazon. 1. How do I get in touch with Amazon to fix this? 📦
