Phillies have released a statement on behalf of Brandy Halladay regarding yesterday’s NTSB report on Roy Halladay’s plane crash:

I’m so sorry to hear the news today that Bobby Winkles has passed away. Not only a great baseball teacher, coach and Manager but a man of great character. I got to know Bobby in the Expos organization where he coached and became a terrific broadcaster. RIP my friend.
