I’m so sorry to hear the news today that Bobby Winkles has passed away. Not only a great baseball teacher, coach and Manager but a man of great character. I got to know Bobby in the Expos organization where he coached and became a terrific broadcaster. RIP my friend.

Happy Birthday to one of MLB’s most prolific run producers. He’s a classy Hall of Famer, and a wonderful family man. Tony Perez celebrates today! All the best Tony.

A lot of us in Major League Baseball have called no-hitters and Perfect Games. Only one has provided “Perfect Broadcasts.” RIP Vin

One of my most cherished times broadcasting baseball. A beautiful Sunday afternoon in Los Angeles and four Ford Frick Award recipients all broadcasting the game.

To all who sent birthday greetings, my heartfelt gratitude. You all made the day very special for me. It’s wonderful hearing from so many who remember the days of Dave and Duke broadcasting Expos baseball, and my years with Russ Taylor. Thank you all.
