Study testing multiple common sleep-tracking wearables: Most are OK at guessing if you're sleeping or awake, but not good for sleep stages. I think the larger question though, is whether there are any negative effects of getting your sleep evaluated each morning by your watch?

hey #SleepPeeps! In our latest paper we found that evening blue-depleted lighting resulted in reduced REM sleep fragmentation and arousals. This seemed to be independent of the effects on circadian rhythms. No effect on REM-density. nature.com/articles/s4159…
