Div. 8 EagleMountain Middle did a 4km #walkforwater to Port Moody Ecological Society. Learning about what those in 3rd world countries do to obtain water and survive. All students made EARTHDAY.ORG pledges to conserve water and used it to water our school garden School District 43

More than 100 School District 43 students representing every middle and secondary school are training as STEAM Ambassadors with Dr Eileen Van der Flier-Keller from at SFU Surrey. These student leaders will challenge their peers to understand their world and develop solutions through STEAM.

STEAM EagleMountain Middle today has students exploring computational thinking by programming a K8 Robot through a track using Microsoft MakeCode and Micro:bit Educational Foundation to design the software.
