Noble Guardian Overall 92% of cervical cancers are HPV associated. Squamous cell cancers are rarely HPV negative. Approx 1 in 3 cervical adenocarcinoma are HPV negative( Xing 2021). Screening with HPV picks up more cervical cancers than screening with cytology. Neither detect all cancers.
