Dru Pearson finishes 3rd in the 200 with a Season Best of 26.76 and makes it to State in her 4th event!!

Quincy Brooks finished 6th in Shot Put with a big PR 14.04m (46’1”), had a great finish to the season and ready for a great senior year!

Ryker McCullough finishes 6th in the 200 with a 23.40, great job by the only Freshman in the field!

Boys 4x400 finishes 3rd with a New School Record of 3:30.77 and make it to State!

We’re headed off to State!! We got sent off by some future Dragon tracksters and our HS and JH students! We’ll be competing tomorrow at Jefferson City starting at 12:00 pm. Biggest crew we’ve taken down to State, they’re ready to go!

Dru Pearson finishes 13th in the 100 with a 13.08

Girls 4x200 finishes 8th in prelims and makes it to finals with a School Record of 1:48.01!!

Boys 4x200 finish 8th with a Season Best of 1:32.58 and advance to Finals tomorrow! Krayton House Nicholas Payne

Girls 4x100 finish 5th in prelims with a HUGE School Record of 50.39 and advance to Finals tomorrow!

Dru Pearson finishes 14th in the 200 with a 26.95, she’ll get 2 more chances to compete tomorrow in the 4x100 and 4x200!

Boys 4x400 finish 10th after having one of our runners pushed from behind on the last 100 of the 3rd leg. They were allowed a rerun 30 minutes after 4x400’s finished. They ran by themselves and ran a 3:33.76, missing finals by .92. An unfortunate way for the 4th time in state to

have their season. Extremely proud of how our boys gutted out that performance with that little time to recover but disappointed that they were put in that situation. MSHSAA

Boys 4x200 finish 8th with a 1:33.99, great job by these guys to win their first State medals!!

Girls 4x200 of Samantha Whisler, Myla Flinn, Sophia Smith, and Dru Pearson finish 7th place with a time of 1:48.38 and win their first state medals!! Great job by 2 freshman and 2 sophomores!

Girls 4x100 of Samantha Whisler, Myla Flinn, Nevaeh Thornton, and Dru Pearson finish 5th place with a time of 50.90!! We get to sendoff our lone Senior girl Nevaeh Thornton with her first State Medal and 2nd medals of the day for Dru, Samantha, and Myla!

Congrats to all of our medalists today! We finished with 9 first-time State Medalists! It was a great weekend for these kids and extremely proud of them all! 8 of them are returning next year and looking to add to their collection!
