The #Birmingham #CAZ came into force today covering all the roads within the A4540 Middleway Ring Road. It's a Class D so all non-compliant 4 wheeled vehicles that are not exempt must pay to enter £50 for PSVs and HGVs, £8 for everything else

The PCS union have confirmed that their Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency members will take further strike action between Wednesday 2 June and Saturday 5 June. We encourage members where possible to use the online services that will still be available 👉gov.uk/browse/driving

We have been informed that Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency has reinstated the NOTIFY service so that drivers will receive a confirmation by email, SMS or (if they live in the 19th century) by post that their application has been received.

The letter confirms that the Special Authorisations that expire 31 July will be extended, and also sets out the future plans the Government has for the regulations
