This is just scaremongering. The value of NICs receipts do not determine the NHS budget or the value of pensions. Those decisions are taken entirely separately. If Rachel Reeves was so concerned about this issue, presumably the Labour Party will be voting against our tax cuts…
Today I chaired a panel discussion at the #GlobalFraudSummit on the need for greater cooperation to tackle fraud. We need to be working together with our international partners, and across sectors to fight this type of crime
