A1) Yes, to all of those plus bad technology fit, treating #cloud like it's your #DataCenter, constant churn in service offerings, and much more. Going cloud first/only as a matter of dogma has bitten a lot of folks. Not the best/right tool for every job. #ciochat

A3) An empowered #cloud center of excellence w/ good tools and visibility into all accounts/tenants for the company did fairly well. Every org cloning Corey Quinn would cause mass hysteria. 😇 #ciochat

A4) A lot of that depends on the application #SLA values and the way things were cloudified. Some of that gets easier the farther down the funnel of micro-services and serverless you've gone down. But, yes... #ciochat
