Monday and Tuesday afternoon will be highest impact for Everett as SR 529 commuters attempt to get onto I-5 onramps at 41st St and Everett Ave. Expect widespread congestion in central Everett. Pack your patience and maybe a snack if you need to go north.

Weekend closures are going well with mostly normal congestion, but Monday and Tuesday afternoon promise to be a grind. WFH, transit, carpool, active transportation if you can.

Remember, NB SR 529 is closed at Steamboat Slough until 11pm Tuesday, May 6. SB SR 529 is open. Mechanical repairs on NB Steamboat Slough Bridge continue. Plan ahead, stick to I-5 from Everett to Marysville. Allow extra time. City of Everett Marysville, WA
