U.S. citizen workers to perform the seasonal work that our H2B workers perform. We had zero applications when we ran our ads as required as part of the H2B process, and we have had zero applicants as a result of Covid-19 and the resulting unemployment crisis. I appreciate and

respect your belief that jobs must go to US citizens first. The truth is, American citizens do not apply for seasonal jobs. Your current stance puts my job and livelihood in jeopardy, as well as those of my co-workers. We need our seasonal H2B workers to ensure that we can

continue to serve our customers and provide job security for our 5 year round American employees. Had our visas gone through, we would likely have hired and additional designer this season, providing another full time, year round job for an American worker/citizen.
