H.E. Mahmoud Ali youssouf, Chairperson of the AU Commission, today received H.E. Lady Justice Imani Daud Aboud, President of the African Court on Human and Peoplesâ Rights African Court. Discussions highlighted the Courtâs jurisprudential and institutional milestones since its inception.


Maulo Dombaxi from the African Court highlighted that the need to have clear national process for implementation backed by legislation has been identified as an essential tool to ensure that litigants have avenues to engage relevant national institutions towards implementation.
