Camilla Wurtzen, a @NCCS_FME PhD scholar presents her latest results at the Nordic geological winter meeting Universitetet i Oslo. Don't overlook the Triassic for co2 storage, it is sandy. #Ccs #PhD #NGWM
New! Me & @john_arcade wrote an article with The Conversation - Australia + New Zealand about why we really don't need to worry too much about leakage when disposing of CO2 underground #CCS theconversation.com/carbon-capture…
Well done students of GEO5911:CO2 storage, Physical and chemical processes Universitetet i Oslo, intensive course (2wks) on zoom- not the most interpersonal way to learn about CCS but everyone did great! Great teaching Nazmul Haque Mondol Elin Skurtveit Ingrid Anell Helge Hellevang Anita Torabi +
Perhaps not CCS related research but our own Ingrid Anell worked for so many years on this paper it deserves a retweet, and incidentally it builds the foundations for further research of lateral sedimentary variations in CO2 reservoirs (coming soon)
The 🇳🇴Norwegian government proposes to launch a carbon capture and storage #CCS project in Norway. The project has been named ‘Longship’ and was announced today by prime minister Erna Solberg & ministers @HoyreTina, Sveinung Rotevatn and Kjell Ingolf Ropstad. Read more: regjeringen.no/en/id2765288/
