Year 1 have really enjoyed reading ‘The smartest giant in town’ by Julia Donaldson in our English lessons this half term. This week we sequenced the story and added vocabulary before retelling it to our partner. We can’t wait to start writing our own story later this week! 📚✍️

The weather held up yesterday for Year 2 on their annual summer beach trip 😊#funinthesun

#FunFriday in holiday SCAMPS. Children have enjoyed a variety of bonfire activities, playing outside and having some free choice of playing games. They have particularly enjoyed playing hide and seek, corners and lots of imaginary play 😊

Year 2 have recently discovered the best selling children’s series - Bad Panda by Swapna Haddow🐼 We were inspired as a class, some of our children even went home and bought their own copies of Bad Panda!
