Resilience matters!

After having my own resilience pushed, tested and tried this week; I do believe that this is a good reflection.

Not RTC related but today went to a job that makes you realise tomorrow is never promised. A tragic job, worked with the most amazing teams who went above and beyond. 💙🚔🚑

Fatigue in the ambulance service and safety culture: If a crew states they are not safe to respond on a night shift due to fatigue after a very busy shift, why is there not a SOP in place for safety reasons to support that crew. Not a response of “are you refusing to attend?”
