Why do they use these comparisons for historical artifacts? When you click on the article, it swaps Polar bear for small caravan, as though that makes more sense. Just use weights, we'll understand. We don't go around weighing Polar bears and caravans. Help Prof Janina Ramirez!

On my day off, so I'm watching a wonderful film: Timestalker Timestalker made by and starring the fabulous Alice Lowe. With Jacob Anderson, Tanya Reynolds, Aneurin Barnard and Nick Frost. You can get it on Amazon if you have it. Alice Lowe, always delivers. Great stuff

Hidden Treasures of the National Trust on BBC2. Quite the PR job on Nancy Astor. A vile woman, who, according to the BBC was 'complex'. Went on about being the first woman to sit in the house of commons, but no mention of Countess Markiewicz. BBC when you mention the Nazis 👇

Whenever I ring a call centre, go to a hotel or other place that requires answers and they ask my name, order food (I respond) and they say.. 'OK, That's perfect'. Of course it is, I'm not going to get it wrong or sort of near am I? Who would pretend to be me anyway? It's shite.

Some say he was surreal, maybe he was. I thought he just let us see abstracts and make up our own mind, like a dream where images are doodles from our lives. Art is so precious and I fear that we may be swallowed up by grey conformity and organised outrage. Thank you David Lynch.

A favourite moment from Waldy's WALDEMAR JANUSZCZAK series : The Impressionists. The invention of paint tube by J.G. Rand. It's not just the Artists who revolutionise art. It's the Inventors, Scientists, The Engineers and Merchants. A whole network play their part youtu.be/0LJ9e6MNW68?si…
