Lynette Okengo, Executive Director of The African Early Childhood Network speaks at the regional meeting on measurement of #earlychildhooddevelopment (ECD) in Eastern and Southern Africa, in Kigali, Rwanda this week. The meeting aims to support governments to develop robust measurement systems for ECD.
