#AGBT23 Rendong Yang, Northwestern Medicine. Novel IGF1R-AS LncRNA by super enhancer analysis in prostate cancer. Isoforms by PacBio. Lineage & cancer specific; super enhancer regulates only this lncRNA. CRISPR KO in this lnc changes MYC and E2F pathways.
