So annoyed! Royal Mail has left a card TWO days in a row WHEN I WAS IN on a package I paid EXTRA to have delivered next day. How? Why? AFTER failed delivery I get text with tracking details and delivery time but no option to provide drop off instructions. Total rubbish service.

I like the moment when we get a newsletter out. The myriad ‘patches’ come together in a patchwork of community energy, ideas, and positive impacts. I don’t know if we always get things right… but there is possibility beyond our bit- with those who are interested to listen/read.
