Glad this morning to join with Senator Roger Niello, California District Attorneys Association, CSSA, Chief Probation Officers of California | CPOC, San Diego Sheriff and others calling for funding to ensure #Prop36 is implemented. This is not a partisan issue. Prop 36 was overwhelmingly passed by CA's voters. Now it's up to us to honor that vote.
